Complete Package: 97011790 Vent fan grille assembly includes 1x 11.5"" grille, 3x threaded rods (1/4"" - 20 UNF) in three lengths: 7/8"", 1-13/16"", and 2-9/16"", 1x 2"" grille knob, 1x speed switch, and 1x mounting stud bracket. Durable Materials: The wall fan cover with high-grade ABS plastic, providing reliable, long-lasting performance while minimizing condensation compared to metal covers. Heat-resistant construction of the exhaust fan grille cover maintains optimal ventilation in your home and resists yellowing from moisture exposure over time. Installation Steps: 1. Disconnect the power supply, remove old/damaged grille and discard it; 2. Attach the grille mounting bracket beneath one of the motor nuts; 3. Screw the proper length threaded rod into grille knob; 4. Fasten new grille to unit by screwing rod/knob assembly into grille mounting bracket. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! The following lists the rod length for your fan: Model 503 fits 1"" rod; Model 505 & 507 fits 2"" rod; Model 509 & 509S fits 2¾"" rod.
