The Megaforce Tele rods now have been redesigned, with a significantly expanded range and improved components. Rods in lengths from 1.80 to 3.00 meters (5.91 to 9.84 feet) and with casting weights from 7 to 25 grams (0.25 to 0.88 ounces) and from 70 to 150 grams (2.47 to 5.29 ounces) are available and offer a transport dimension of 69 centimeters (2.26 feet) or less. This is ideal when the rod is to be stowed away in a backpack or travel bag to save space. Models from 3.30 meters (10.83 feet) in length and up have slightly longer transport dimensions, and have actions that show the characteristics of stake rods. The lightweight and well balanced carbon fiber blanks provide an excellent bending curve during the fight and have good throwing properties. Very light and high quality titanium oxide guides with improved ring inserts additionally support the speed and resilience of these rods.
