124-pin MCIO to dual 74-pin MCIO – 175 mm (Y-split) is a highly specialized, high-speed signal interconnect used in data centres, high-performance servers/storage equipment. It uses the MCIO connector family (0.60 mm pitch, very dense, high-lane-count) and is designed for multi-lane high data-rate protocols (PCIe Gen4/5, SAS, Ethernet, etc). The Y-split allows one upstream high-lane-count interface (124-pin) to feed two downstream ports (74-pin each), likely splitting into two subsystems, which is ideal for dense internal chassis architectures.
