This dump valve has two inlets and one outlet. The 3" inlet is to connect the black water tank and the 1 1/2" inlet is to connect the gray water tank. Because the outlets are shared, you don't have to worry about switching the hose from one tank to the other or using different dump tubes for each tank. There is also a cord between the waste cap and the unit to help prevent the cap from being lost. This dump valve is made of black ABS plastic and is made in America.
