• [TECHNOLOGY] A powerful 2-speed, 1/2-HP fan motor provides a powerful 114-1725 RPM for even heat distribution and forced 'cool down' to prevent exceeding temperature range. The porcelain enamel provides a easy to clean interior and improved cooking performance. Temperature ranges can be set by the electronic thermostat from 150°F-500°F (66°C - 260°C).
