Refund Policy

At Learn Crypto Trading Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, resources, and support to help you become a confident and successful crypto trader. We value your satisfaction and are transparent about our refund policy.
1. Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes but is not limited to:
- One-time course purchases
- Downloadable content
- Access to course materials or video lessons
- eBooks, PDFs, or toolkits
We encourage you to read the course description and curriculum carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.
2. One-on-One Coaching & Group Programs
We offer premium coaching and group learning experiences to a limited number of participants. Because of the commitment involved in reserving your spot and the preparation for each session:
- No refunds will be issued once payment is made and your slot is confirmed.
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule within 48 hours’ notice.
3. Subscriptions or Memberships (If applicable)
If you have enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription (e.g. signals group, trading community, or exclusive access membership), you can:
- Cancel your subscription anytime, and you will not be billed for the next period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on a subscription.
4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case of:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing
- Technical errors during checkout
Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, and we will investigate and process a refund if applicable.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in rare and exceptional cases at our sole discretion if:
- There is a clear failure to deliver the product or service.
- You were charged incorrectly and can provide sufficient proof.
We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind, lack of time, or dissatisfaction without a valid reason.
